The MyPatient platform and applications combine several methods of communication to go beyond traditional telehealth. The platform connects patients, caregivers/colleagues, and family members using mobile devices or computers for secure, HIPAA compliant conversations to help increase efficiency, strengthen engagement, optimize health outcomes, and reduce costs.
The MyPatient app allows healthcare professionals to participate in secure video calls with qualified colleagues, caregivers, and patients to exchange secure PHI messages on the MyPatient platform based on the configuration and workflow agreed upon by AccentCare, Inc. organization and its affiliates.
To use, your IT administrator will send you an email with your username and a link to set your password.
